BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE
By making your booking at Thehouse.jo , our agreement is a legal contract and unless otherwise confirmed in writing Thehouse.jo your booking deposit is non-refundable.
In case of online booking and online payment, you understand that if your online credit card payment has not been successfully executed resulting to a dispute with your credit card company, you hereby authorize Thehouse.jo to charge back the unpaid amount to your credit card.

Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund to your credit card all monies paid by you for the accommodation. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Tax And Service Charge
Please note that all room rates quoted are subject to 10% Service Charge and 16% Sales Tax. Any change in taxation rates with either an increase or decrease will automatically apply to your booking rate.

Cancellation Or Decreasing Of Accommodation Rooms
Should you wish to cancel or amend the booking arrangements, cancellation fee will apply with consideration to the time of this adjustment:
In case of no-show, total accommodation cost will be charged equal to the total number of no-shows.
If you choose to depart before your booked check-out date, you will be charged for the remaining nights.
The cancellation fees vary according to the number of days prior to the check-in date provided that Thehouse.jo is notified of such changes.

Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you from 14:00 hours on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in shall be subject to availability on complimentary basis.

Late arrival
Please ensure you contact us no later than 12:00 hours to let us know if you will be arriving later than 10pm on check-in date. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to your credit card.

Departure
Please be ready to check-out the accommodation by 12:00 hours on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. We will provide you with an invoice, payable on departure which will include any additional services you may have used during your stay.

Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice or charge your credit card for repair if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of [please insert] if you did not report this.

By visiting the Website, you hereby acknowledge that the laws of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, shall govern these Terms and any dispute that may arise to in respect of the same shall subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jordan.

These Terms do not provide any third party with a remedy, claim, or right of reimbursement.
